Terms of use

Last updated October 5, 2026.

asorocket is made by Gava Group AB, a company registered in Sweden with the number 559427-5207, located at Ladugårdsgatan 6, 174 64 Sundbyberg, Sweden (“we”). These terms apply when you download or use the asorocket desktop app or this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you use asorocket for a company, you agree on its behalf.

Your licence to use the app

asorocket is licensed, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for your own or your company’s work, including work you do for clients, for as long as you follow these terms.

  • Free plan. Anyone may use the Free plan, within its limits, without paying and without an account.
  • Trial. A new install includes 14 days of every feature. Afterwards the app continues on the Free plan, and nothing you tracked is deleted.
  • Pro and Studio. A paid licence key unlocks the plan you bought on the number of computers that plan includes: one for Pro, three for Studio. A key is for one person or one team; it may not be shared publicly, resold or sublicensed.

You may not copy the app except to install and back it up, remove or get around its licence checks, or reverse engineer it, except where the law gives you that right whatever a contract says. The app, its name and its design remain ours.

Plans, payment and cancelling

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout, and renew for the same period until you cancel. Licences are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and sends your receipt, as the seller of record. Its own terms apply to the purchase itself.

You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account or by contacting us. After cancelling you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; then the app continues on the Free plan with your data intact. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

We may change prices for new subscriptions. A change for an existing subscription applies from a later renewal, and we tell you by email before it does, so you can cancel first.

The app checks a licence key with Lemon Squeezy when you enter it and about once a day after that. Without a connection, a licence keeps working for 14 days after the last check.

Your data and the services you connect

What the app collects stays in a database on your own computer. You are responsible for that computer and for your backups: we hold no copy and cannot restore your data. The privacy notice says what the app and this site send, and where.

The app reads public data from the App Store and Google Play, and, if you connect them, works with your own accounts at other services: App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Apple Ads, revenue, attribution and analytics services, AI providers, chat services and storage. You connect each with your own keys, and you are responsible for having the right to use those accounts, for keeping your keys safe, for what those services charge you, and for following their terms. Those services are not ours; they can change or stop working without notice, and a feature that depends on one may then change or stop too.

When you publish a listing or send a review reply from the app, you are the one publishing it. Check the review screen before you confirm.

Estimates and figures

Keyword popularity, difficulty, search visibility, scores and suggestions are estimates worked out from public data, and AI features write text that can be wrong. Rankings and the figures read from other services are shown as those sources gave them, and can be late, incomplete or corrected later. asorocket is a tool to inform your decisions; it does not promise rankings, downloads or revenue.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and within the limits the stores and other services set. Don’t use it to overload a service, to get around a service’s access controls, or to publish content you have no right to publish.

Updates and changes to the app

We release updates that add, change and sometimes remove features. We may stop offering the app or a plan; if we end a paid plan while you are subscribed, you keep it to the end of the period you paid for.

No warranty

The app and this website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they are free of errors, will run without interruption, or are fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of asorocket, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for asorocket in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time. We may end a licence if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, for example when a key is shared publicly. Your data stays on your computer either way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; a change that matters to a paid plan applies from your next renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden. If you use asorocket as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim before its courts.
