Refund policy

14 days, in full

If asorocket isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of paying and we refund that payment in full. You don’t have to give a reason, though we are glad to hear one.

You can try everything first without paying: a new install includes a free trial of every feature, with no card and no account.

How to ask

Use the contact form and give the email address you bought with, or the order number on your receipt. We reply by email.

Licences are sold by Lemon Squeezy, so the refund is made by Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card.

What happens afterwards

• The subscription is cancelled and the licence key stops working.
• The app continues on the Free plan. Everything you tracked stays on your computer; data beyond the Free plan’s limits is kept, but no longer refreshed.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel a subscription at any time. You then keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and are not charged again.

Your legal rights

asorocket is made by Gava Group AB, a company registered in Sweden with the number 559427-5207, located at Ladugårdsgatan 6, 174 64 Sundbyberg, Sweden.

This policy is in addition to any right to withdraw or to a refund that the law of your country gives you, and does not limit it.
